Creating larger watewater treatment plants in the Negev

The Hevron river flows down from the Hevron mountain, picks up sewage from Hevron and Kiryat Arba, and flows all the way to Be'er Sheva in Israel and ends its way in the Gaza strip. The water which is full of waste causes citizens of the negev to suffer because they smell the sewage and because of all of the mosquitoes who are drawn to the river and are found in the yards of houses that are nearby.
